Wow even the unreleased projects page is unreleased, that's a new low for me.

Actually I do have an article here but it needs to be updated (there are some status updates). Still I feel like the article today is a bit empty so you get this one early for free (unlike in 1 year later when it might cost $12,321). It is also missing pictures and requests for funding. Whatever

# Incomplete Projects

I have created lots of very different projects and maps and levels, but I am so full of ideas that I have way more in the bank. However, due to very recent severe mental illness, life dissatisfaction with whether these projects will ever really benefit the life of any other existing person, I'm not sure these will be ever completed, there are huge design bottlenecks, and my design vision is often very specific in a way I'm not sure others could easily help with.

In order of 'highest' priority to lowest:

## Disconcordia 2
Sequel to [Disconcordia](icely.itch.io/disconcordia), a super high potential project as it would expand the ending and turn it into a series. However, the original was 2 months of work and I'm not sure I have the energy for another 2 months. This would take the Golden Idol formula and subvert it into a unknown conceptual depth, while also having an intertwined B plot, but I'm almost fearful to release it as the themes go very deep.

## Disconcordia 3, Disconcordia 4, Disconcordia 5, Disconcordia 6
The amount of concepts that this format allows are honestly unbelievable and very very rich.

* **Disconcordia 3:** LFTS: This concept was going to be Disconcordia 2 before it got displaced by an even more rich concept, but (speaking vaguely) this would depict an incredible sense of scale, the inside perspective of the endgame in Disconcordia 1.
* **Disconcordia 4:** AO: This is half of the original concept for Disconcordia 1, depicting a picture of the logical conclusion of the future of the whole world, and it is very strange.
* **Disconcordia '5', Timestomped:** "Timestomped" is way too silly of a word but a version of Disconcordia where timestamps matter *a lot* is something I had pictured ever since the beginning. However the actual player solving experience would be terrible without tools and it's even more work. It would be incredible to pull off though.
* **Disconcordia '6':** Another lower importance one that could be interesting to do, a smaller spinoff theme suggested by justkirb that is also an interesting direction about community splintering.
* **Disconcordia 0:** Inspired by a Turkish streamer who has like 9999 pings on discord and it's always visible on stream, clearing all of the pings.

Will these happen? I have no idea. Including MisshapenSmiley's Misconcordia 2 :frog: :frog: :frog:

## DECA
A game about modifying clock nodes and manipulating clock hands, and seeing the full system and variety of different clock nodes.

Made in a 3-day jam but I took it down so no one can enjoy it (and because I'm more dissatisfied of its incompleteness every day). It has 2.5 chapters out of 12 chapters, and is the first time I put serious attention to writing and plot in a game. This game is a spiritual successor to a few ideas, it has such a unique feeling to play it, I am still astonished at myself for how much I got in those 3 days, but I don't know that I'll be able to recreate that energy soon.

## Primogems
This is a unique take on **Strategems**, an amazing game I did a playthrough on, ([part 1](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNmIkWbR1V4), [part 2](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UxzLuMpWdMA), [finale](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T14LB31OxMI)) that turns it into a different replayable format, with help from the NNCBA inventor.

## Lingo Multiverse
Combines: cyan[Lingo Multiverse, GL, IL, the vibes of horror games, a LJ2 idea, Egyptland, Typeryder, SK from opanker (in 2 ways)]

Chris Souvey's map [Multiverse 11B](https://souvey.itch.io/lingo-map-multiverse-11b), which was like the 4th lingo map ever released, has been "unfinished" for like 2.5 years. It did not seem there were good ways to expand the mechanic. I have come up with a theme that will be glorious. It is also bottlenecked on design somewhat. Never has there been a project where the 'empty holes' in it are filled by random other projects' ideas.

## Counters Collide
True sequel to one of my best games, [Move Counters that get more cursed](https://icely.itch.io/move-counters), but focusing on simultaneous player collision.

* 'Move Counters' was primarily based on the joke that in puzzle game spaces, the use of move counters is often a mobile game trend or 'lazy design' trend that while cool to see interesting optimized solutions, can feel bad when you beat a level "with too high movecount", incentivizing being less able to just play around in the level, and create uninteresting replays. But it can be done well and there are puzzle game mechanics specifically using it in limited interaction. Therefore it has been a repeated discussion topic, enough to get its own 'document', enough to make a meme game worth it.
* 'Counters Collide' is for yet another repeated discussion topic about *"what should happen when simultaneous collision happens?"* as it is often undefined, it can get into odd questions about edge case behavior and priority.
* The name secondarily puns the idea of 'collaboration' with universes colliding, and you may see some other move counter games appear (and the devs have even gave me permission for using their sprites lol).

## CBA Multiverse
Combines: cyan[OOOCBA, OOCBA, OCBA, CBA, NCBA, NNCBA, NNNCBA]. Yes.

Although presented as a meme, I'm kind of shocked at the 'effectiveness' of having a ton of ideas and combining them to make one extremely grand project. It is something I've used for many Lingo maps and it's insane that you can combine lots of 'separate' seeming things into one theme.

This is unlikely to happen due to the nicheness but it would be fun to play.

## CBA Multiverse Album
Combines: cyan[CA, CBA, NCBA, NNCBA]. But the real point of this project is to use over 100 unreleased tracks I made for NCBA's universe, which was way overkill, and turn it into a place where finally the intended themes can be enjoyed roughly in context. The release of Chess Arena has also provided more of a vision for how things would work in the 'open world' nature of the universe.

The theming here is also rich too 'despite' being only chess pieces. There are themes about familial obligations, roles, tools, machinations, and kingdoms, that I feel ready to tackle.

## Thirty Prime Signatures
Sequel to [Thirty Time Signatures](https://icely.itch.io/time-signatures) one of my coolest projects and challenges, but this time reaching for the next prime time signatures after 30. The Baba Is You custom music I composed has been used in very many fan tracks now, and while I am so happy with myself, I am getting bored of hearing the same tracks so that would be the motivation to do another round.

## CopyCopyPasta with Cheese
A game with an audience of like two, and thus will probably never be finished, it's like 80% finished. The audience is Patrick and Christopher Souvey. A funny expansion/take on the mechanics of CopyPasta with Cheese, honestly it's so good and niche and sad it's not finished.

## Toad Poker
A short game that doesn't know if it wants to be incremental/puzzle/action but I think it should just be an incremental/upgrades game. Takes the themes of Poke ALL Toads and satisfying making of poker hands on a board. This is really satisfying to watch and probably less satisfying to actually play.

Autobattlers have convinced me to take this game in a new direction.

## Poke ALL Codes
Inspired by extremely large amounts of cheaters of webgames and the ability to abuse JavaScript, and takes place in the Poke ALL Toads universe. Type short JS into textboxes, the answers run through eval and get validated. While there is like 50% of a plot universe, I am kind of just struck not knowing who this game is 'for', as it could be really niche and bomb. Code golf is really cool though, messing with browser mechanics *is* interesting, but there are a lot of loopholes you'd need to patch, and I wonder if my most dedicated level creators/fans will not find the game 'new' in any way due to it using existing 'mechanics'.

## Mine6 (Hidden Name)
Minesweeper roguelike with guns and actually properly executed. I have made a devlog on it like 1.5 years ago and then got too sad to do anything at all. Honestly the concept, which was to have a playable version of my like """million view""" [meme minesweeper series](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLg5Ta3CWcYX75DDDqQcyt5KOmBAGzCOme), is so hard to make it both "mentally interesting" while also being an action game, might unironically become an autobattler

## COTC Godfield
The fact that CCG's can have card art used from different projects is high potential to make meme games.

# Distant Dreams

## BWLO Remake
[Blocks With Letters On](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4w68CNMYCrY) was one of my favorite childhood games. I've long wanted to make a version of this game with like an open world. It is so weird how BWLO got dethroned as the best word game by Lingo to me, but it still has a huge place in my heart, I made an old demake of it and everything - https://icely.itch.io/shift-n-spell-blocks-with-letters-on-demake - and it still has potential.

## Lingo 2 OST Developer Commentary
Frog.

# CBA Group Projects
There is a group I'm in with people such as the Inventor of OOCBA, Inventor of NNCBA, Inventor of NNNCBA who help with design/coding/talking through some of these

## AAALL (Hidden Name)
Where is my AAA language learning immersive game seriously all the kickstarters are a bit lackluster etc

## Periodic (Hidden Name)
If this world is made up of atoms and molecules and elements it's incredible how little people seem to care about the building blocks of the source code of the universe

## MVX (Hidden Name)
Oh god it's been like 3 years since this concept 'could've' been virally posted and like 10 years since I first had the idea a utopia universe would seriously already have this why isn't this already a thing

## Newcomb's Parabox
Inspired by endless discussions and can be combined with an old game from years ago called Mechasurge that would take PM and STS mechanics to a whole new level

## D14 (Hidden Name)
Yet another project with like 100 pieces of music and even a 80% complete game with lacking visuals, now that I know how to put 3D in a game this project really is in a confusing state. It does things I have never seen any other mystery novel or playable game do.

## SV (Hidden Name)
A project from 2016-2020 with so many pieces of music that would have thematically merged into Mechasurge but now its status with Newcomb's Parabox is a bit strange, yet again a massive amount of music for this project

## PCATIT (Hidden Name)
Finally fiction and characters colliding can be a 11/10 experience I believe it can work I believe it can work

## Thread4 (Hidden Name)
Disconcordia is actually overlapping with what the 'next chapters' of DECA would have entailed. Thread4 would have been another execution of it, and it would also have been good

## "Watcher 7" (Hidden Name)
If there was any project that had no passion or purpose for me but could maybe become viral this would be it, this is kind of a hole in the market right now and who knows if it will be for long
